
Hot yoga is a great sweat it out method to slim down, lose weight and reduce cholesterol. Just keep in mind it would be very unhealthy to do this on a frequent basis as you could run the risk of dehydration.
When the mind and body are in harmonization together. It creates a much heightened sense of self-awareness. This self-awareness can follow you in daily life and not just on the yoga mat. It might take you some time before you are able to perform the positions well. Don't be discouraged by your lack of coordination in the beginning.
